There is now a major bonus to Magewar cards and increased rarity
of MW cards for killing NPCs level 30 and greater. Yeah, I know
not a lot of people can do this but those who *CAN* will now
get a huge bonus to the rarity of cards they could receive.
Let's just say the chance of getting a UR card from killing a
30+ is now about 25 times greater than before. It's still
miniscule, but it's about that much greater. And all the other
ranks are similarly effected.
