It's a terribly cold city. There are monsters there of all kinds. Beware of the
mountain, for I have heard strange noises up there. There's even a tale of an
old troll that terrorized the city. It is said that the great king was the one
who put an end to it.

The city is somewhere on the mountain southwest of the pier on Khaz Modan.
