The Bard says:

   The Isle of Marriard is off the northwestern coast
of Tsunami Island.  There are two rival factions that
struggle for control of the Island.  It's sad really
considering the Isle is big enough for them both, but 
they are petty, weak people.  Its a good place if you
are starting to adventure.

The Marriard docks are found 2e,5s,2w,n of the CoT.
