Dracoliches,
I found an issue with virulence that essentially prevented it
from ever really working properly. It should now have a proper
chance to convert damage into something to which the cursed
target is vulernable. If the target has no weaknesses, it
will instead boost the incoming damage slightly. Furthermore,
if virulence procs when the target is close to death, the
damage will become vorpal.
