Title : charmed/ridden firedrakes and remorhaz

Fire drakes and Remorhaz that are now charmed/ridden will no
longer try and cast 'char' and 'snows' in every room they
enter. Previously this was causing these classes to blow
all their mana as the owner walked around between rooms - not
to mention the spammy "starts casting!"-type messages.

I'm sure there are other similar subclasses out there that
do this so if you are a charmer/rider and have a problem, please
just mudmail me and I'll look into fixing it.
