Hardcore players have a whole room to themselves now that only
they can go into. It's got its own board and a top hardcore
list. It's west of the bounty room so go check it out.

The way the list works is that until people login and logout
their hardcore characters the list won't really populate fully
so don't be surprised if the #1 ranked hardcore player is level
2 and there are only 3 found or whatever. It'll populate as
people login/logout on their normal course of actions.

Thanks to someone I can't credit cause I didn't write their name
down for suggesting the idea and finally getting me to make
the hardcore list too.
