No one liked the MASSIVE boost to weapondamage, toughness
and attacking you previously gained from the inspire quest
in map wars. I have cut this effect in half.
It's still a substantial amount and definitely worth getting
but not as much as before.
The second change was making the effect variable by level.
This means we won't see anymore hero-killspam from those
nasty little lvl 5's.
