This passive function&lt;br&gt;has a chance to trigger each combat round for any foe that is fighting&lt;br&gt;the Witch. If triggered (based on foe's resistance), the foe will be&lt;br&gt;cursed with evil eye in the same manner as if &quot;cast evil eye&quot; was &lt;br&gt;directly used against it.
