I added a new rarity chance pool so generic monsters have slightly lower chances at higher rarities than before, minion_typed monsters have slightly better chances, but still low. LOOT generated on kill has the best chance of higher rarities and I have slightly increased those chances with this change. Going forward, if you kill a monster that is more than 5 levels below you, any ADD_EQ it may have had will be destroyed. This is in line with the current ystem where you do not get gold or loot drops from monsters more than 5 levels below you. some things may need to be reloaded for these changes to take effect. ``` [[Category:Changes_Board]]

While doing that also fixed a bug with focus where the monks would try to pray it even though it was on cooldown. Beware, monks will be slightly more lethal in fights. Hopefully nothing breaks.
